What kind of tips, tools and insights do I offer?

I have been in the ‘fitness’ world for over 20 years. I have grown to LOVE asking experts questions, doing research and just plain ol’ trial and error.

One of my favorite things is to help others understand their own design and empower them to guide themselves.  I love to witness the innate wisdom of one’s body come out into the light.

I share things about nutrition, stress relief, books, movement, psychological issues, science, emotions, things I think are funny, what the experts are saying, etc. you just gotta check it out, feel into if its right for you and hey, you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
